Fun and engaging classes tailored for young boxers aged 5-16. Perfect for kids who want to learn the basics, build confidence and develop their skills.
Classes are in 2 age groups;
5-9 years old
10-16 years old
Each program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and supportive environment, promoting discipline, confidence, and physical fitness.




Our Beginners & Advanced Technique classes are perfect for those new to boxing.
Beginners will learn foundational techniques, basic footwork, and simple combinations. The emphasis is on building a solid skill base, improving fitness, and having fun.
Advanced participants will engage in high-intensity drills and receive personalized feedback to fine-tune their skills. Suitable forseasoned boxers looking to excel.
