OUR CLASSES

Our Beginners & Intermediate Technique classes are perfect for those new to boxing.
Beginners will learn foundational techniques, basic footwork, and simple combinations.
Intermediate sessions engage more advanced drills and combos to fine-tune your skills.




Beginner Sparring is a suitable for those with some basic boxing experience who want to learn about contact, footwork & defense.
Not suitable for absolute beginners. Footwork drills, shoulder taps and more.
Must bring gloves, wraps, headgear and mouthguard. This session is not suitable if it is your first boxing session or you are very inexperienced.




Fun and engaging classes tailored for young boxers aged 12-16. Perfect for kids who want to learn the basics, build confidence and develop their skills.
Each program focuses on teaching the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and supportive environment, promoting discipline, confidence, and physical fitness.




This high-intensity class is designed for experienced amateur and professional boxers looking to refine their skills, increase their stamina, and prepare for competition.
Emphasis is placed on advanced techniques, sparring, and rigorous conditioning. Ideal for those committed to taking their boxing to the next level.
